Refunds and Exchanges

Ticket Refunds and Exchanges Policies

All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be returned or refunded. Something come up–sick kid, bad attitude? Tickets may be exchanged for another performance, as long as seats are still available. All ticket exchanges are handled by phone or in person through the Box Office. We cannot exchange your ticket once your performance date has passed.

Tickets may also be released and donated back to the theater, in which case you will receive a donation tax receipt.

Inclement Weather Policy

Generally power does not go out in downtown Olympia. If our actors and technicians can make it to the theater, we’re doing the show. If things get really bad and we simply can’t stage the performance, we will notify ticket holders as soon as we possibly can and do everything possible to transfer tickets to a later date. If there are no tickets left for that particular production, ticket holders will receive vouchers for tickets to any other Olympia Family Theater production.
