Strong background as a theater educator required. Experience managing instructors preferred. Experience with ArtsPeople digital platform a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a supportive and safe environment aimed at the well-being of youth, participants, staff, and volunteers
- Communicate appropriately and effectively with staff, parents, students, and community members
- Work closely with teachers and OFT Staff to identify issues any program participants are having and develop appropriate solutions
- Ensure classroom management support for all camps and classes
- Hire and manage education staff, including teachers and teaching assistants
- Provide training and mentorship to teachers and teaching assistants
- Collaborate with OFT Staff to devise engaging content for K-12 students for all of OFT’s educational programming
- Provide on-site support for teaching artists, including maintaining on-site hours during scheduled camps and classes
- Provide high quality customer service to participants and families, both adults and youth
- Primary administrator of the Arts People system for all classes, camps and special programs
Compensation:
This position will be 30 hours per week, and compensated at $25 per hour. We are unable to offer health benefits at this time.
