Spend your summer in the spotlight! Want to experience the drama of mounting a full production of a One Act in three weeks? This 3-week course is ideal for actors and teens interested in applying their technical theatre skills or pushing their performance experience to new heights. All campers will have a part or crew position depending on their interest. The final performance will take place on the evening of September 1st. This year’s show will be a darkly comedic One Act titled Anne of Green Gables Murders Everyone by Randy Wyatt.
Anne comes to Green Gables, exactly as you would expect, adopted by older siblings Marilla and Matthew. Anne encounters Diana, Gilbert, all the adults and youths of Avonlea, and raspberry cordial, exactly as you would expect. Summoned there by the dark and devastating prophecy that will doom all of Prince Edward Island by Anne‘s own ruthless hands and her possibly carnivorous suitcase. Exactly as you would expect.
