This adult improv class is for all levels of performers looking to build on skills and strengthen their chops as an improviser! As creatives we benefit from collaboration and meeting people where they are at, so each rendition of this class has been and will continue to be unique to the specific group of students. Through play, routine and dialogue: we will build up not only our listening skills and characters, but also a collaborative ensemble. Our work over seven weeks will prepare the group to perform a low stakes showcase performance of short and long form improv for your friends and family. What the showcase will look like specifically depends entirely on you and what you want to explore! If playing fun games while strengthening a challenging skill set sounds like your kind of party, you won’t want to miss this opportunity.
