Education Program Cancellation Policy
- If registration is cancelled after it has been processed, but at least two weeks prior to the class/camp start date, a full refund (minus the $25 registration fee) will be given.
- If you are requesting to transfer your child’s enrollment to a different class, camp, or workshop at any time, the original registration fee does not transfer and must be paid again to secure your child’s spot.
- If registration is cancelled after it has been processed, but is within two weeks of the class/camp start date, a refund of 50% will be given (minus the $25 registration fee)
- Once a class/camp/workshop has started, OFT is unable to refund tuition.
- We strive to make sure all students are satisfied with their experience, but if after completing the first day of class and decide it’s not for you, please let us know before the start of the second class and we will work with families on a case by case basis. After the second day of class, no tuition or enrollment adjustments can be made.
- No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for classes cancelled due to inclement weather.
- OFT reserves the right to cancel any classes, camps, or workshops. In that case, any tuition and registration fees will be refunded in full.
