Join the (OF)Teen Leadership Council, June 2-3, as they premiere an original, devised play about the end of the world. In this post-apocalyptic tale – the planet’s remaining humans live in a cubicle system run by technology and AI. One day, a young person wakes up with a green leaf growing on their arm and embarks on a journey to find the truth about the world that they live in – and the people who run it.
The (OF)Teen Leadership Council is a brand-new youth leadership program for 9-12 grade students interested in performance, leadership and social justice facilitated by Teal Farías and Lily Raabe. Since last October the group has been meeting to take masterclasses, learn about ethical storytelling, and much more. Applications for the 2023-2024 program will open later this summer.
