Ticket Policies

Access for All Ticketing

We believe that access to art is a human right – which is why we are piloting an ACCESS FOR ALL ticketing initiative.

ACCESS FOR ALL is an experiment in social equity! Producing theater costs money, and ticket sales play a huge role in our ability to sustain our work! However, we also believe in allowing community members to choose the best / most appropriate ticket price for them. If folks who can pay a little more do, it will empower others to pay a little less when they need to. The outcome? Everyone will be able to attend the theater – and we’ll be able to keep the lights on.

ACCESS FOR ALL tickets will be available online on a sliding scale of $5-$55.

Additionally. A small portion of the house will be held for walk-ups. Walk-up tickets will be available free-of-cost (although you are welcome to pay if you have the resources to)!

Ticket Pick up: All tickets are Will Call. You pick them up at our lobby Box Office on the day of the performance.

We can’t wait to see you at the theater!

Gift Certificates

We are no longer offering gift certificates. Please redeem you pre-pandemic gift certificates soon. They do not expire but it helps us account for your gift.

Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded.

Something come up? Tickets may be exchanged for another performance, as long as seats are still available. Tickets may be exchanged before the show for an exchange fee of $3 per ticket, but not after the performance date has passed.

In the event that you are ill, please stay home! We will gladly exchange your tickets to another performance of the same show with no fee.

Patrons can use a link in their ticket confirmation email to do a self-exchange or contact our box office.

You may also gift your tickets to anyone else who would like to use them.

Tickets may also be released and donated back to the theater.

Inclement Weather Policy

Generally power does not go out in downtown Olympia. If our actors and technicians can make it to the theater, we’re doing the show. If things get really bad and we simply can’t stage the performance, we will notify ticket holders as soon as we possibly can and do everything possible to transfer tickets to a later date. If there are no tickets left for that particular production, ticket holders will receive vouchers for tickets to any other Olympia Family Theater production.
