Enthusiasm is Contagious
(for Ages 6 – 13)
July 12-16, 2010
Directed by Samantha Chandler
Due to a high demand for camps focused on younger kids we are changing the focus of our second week of camp. Formerly “Faces of Freedom”, this new camp, “Enthusiasm is Contagious” will cover a variety of acting techniques, activities, games, and performance opportunities. It is appropriate for kids from ages 6 – 13, and will be tailored to meet each child at his or her own skill level.

The camp, taught by Managing Director, Samantha Chandler, runs from July 12-16, from 9AM-3PM, with a culminating performance on Friday evening.
This camp costs $175 and some scholarships will be available for this camp, but need to be applied for by June 25. All registration forms are available on our website, and must be sent in with a $25 deposit by July 2 to secure a spot. If you have any questions, please contact us via email: samchan@olyft.org

The Surprising Story of the Three Little Pigs
by Linda Daugherty
(for ages 8-12)
July 26-30
Directed by Jen Ryle
Our story blends three classic fairy tales which begin as usual, but change quickly as the Three Little Pigs wonder what life would be like if the wolf were not always at their door, the Three Billy Goats Gruff decide they can't face another trip-trap over the Troll's bridge, and Papa Bear has had enough of that meddlesome little Goldilocks! The three trios join forces to rewrite their stories, ridding themselves of their respective villains by exchanging them, with the help of Three Stagehands and the Narrator. We will rehearse and perform this fun script, all in a week’s time. Click here for more info about Jen.
